I have a budget of $5,000 for my wedding and need to find a venue that provides, the food, alcohol and the space at around $2500. If there is nothing that cheap, where can I rent just the location and use an outside caterer?

I have a budget of $4,000 for my wedding and have not been successful in finding inexpensive ceremony and reception cites in the suburbs of Philly. I am also looking for inexpensive caterers. We're not too picky about the food, so anyone should do.
